The exercise with the towel strengthens your shoulders, your arms and your upper back.

I call it the smallest gym in the world because a towel is always available.

And the exercise goes like this.

You grab it on the edge of the towel, make it as tight as possible.

And then you push it away at an angle, upwards.

Keep the tension in the towel and pull it back towards your body.

This is the exercise.

And of course, the harder you pull, the tougher it gets.

Up at an angle, under tension and down.

Do really 15 to 20 repetitions until you feel this nice muscular burn in your arms, in your shoulders and in your upper back.

And the good thing about this simple exercise is that it improves your posture and it makes things easier to work overhead.
