00:00 I used to think about Alex every single day and that was painful.
00:04 But now I won't think that way anymore.
00:09 I don't want them to go to prison.
00:11 That is the last thing that I want.
00:13 That's why I didn't come home sooner.
00:15 All I worried about was them getting locked up.
00:18 We stayed in a lot of caravans and we stayed in a lot of houses,
00:21 always up mountains, hours away from any kind of village or anything like that.
00:25 One day I just thought, "OK, I can't take this anymore."
00:29 I knew that everything was already kind of in place
00:32 for them to leave where we were.
00:34 So if I were to have left, they would be gone by the time the police arrived.
00:38 I've had one friend in the past six years that's been my age.
00:43 Everyone else that I've known has all been a lot older than me.
00:47 So I'm very comfortable talking to adults,
00:49 but with children my age, it's completely different.
