02:11 So it's my very first day fully in charge of representing my country

02:18 And the very first thing I wanted to do is to come together with you,

02:23 be part of your solidarity work, community work here.

02:27 And I really feel myself so privileged and so honored

02:32 to be part of this great job that you're doing.

02:37 Rwanda has always been described as a miracle.

02:41 The miracle itself is the miracle of you.

02:44 You are representing the miracle.

02:46 So I want to thank everybody present here, including everyone,

02:51 my family members and my team and Vice Mayor

02:56 and all the distinguished colleagues here coming from different circles.
