03:03 The first one is a dollar credit line agreement for 100 million for the development of the two Special Economic Zones and expansion of Kigali's Special Economic Zone.
03:14 And the second agreement will be the dollar credit line agreement for 100 million dollars for financing three agricultural project schemes in Rwanda.
