Today we enjoy a refreshing iced hojicha latte with a generous layer of fragrant yuzu marmalade. Have you tried the delicious combination of hojicha and citrus yet?
Recipe: • Whisk 2 tsp of Hojicha Powder & 60 ml of cold filtered water in a katakuchi. • Add 2 tbsp of yuzu marmalade, ½ cup ice, & 180 ml of milk (we used soy milk) into a glass. • Slowly pour the hojicha mixture. • Sip, stir, & enjoy your Iced Yuzu Hojicha Latte.
