How to cold brew hojicha in a mason jar

• Add 1 gram of hojicha tea leaves per each 100 ml of room temperature or cold filtered water
• Cover and steep in the refrigerator for 6-8 hours
• Strain the tea leaves with a sieve
• Enjoy chilled or over ice

Tips:
• Select a glass mason jar with a lid to keep the cold brew tea from absorbing any odors
• In the video we used Hojicha Classic, but this ratio works perfectly for cold brewing any of our hojicha tea leaves
• Use filtered water for the best taste
