00:00 Conor Callum, 3-0 against Stonham today. Is it fair to say three mistakes in possession ultimately proved decisive there?
00:09 Yes, it's probably a common theme against especially the top sides in the league.
00:16 Especially if you give the ball away centrally, then these teams are so fast, they're so lethal.
00:24 If they're anything within 20 yards out with no pressure on the ball, they're probably going to score.
00:30 Definitely two of the goals were real big mistakes.
00:35 The second goal is a real quality counter-attack from Halfway and they've got a top striker.
00:42 It's just what they're made like. It's three mistakes, you just have to learn from it, go again and understand why they happen and how to prevent them from happening going forward.
00:51 Obviously they're up there for a reason and their quality shows when it has to.
00:55 They're a proper side, they're athletic, well-balanced. They're as good as the side you'll see in the league.
01:03 For the first half hour, you were more the match them? There wasn't really much in the game?
01:08 I think so. Especially for the first half an hour, we looked really good. We dominated the ball.
01:13 I think to be fair to them, they don't mind allowing the other team to have the ball.
01:17 Probably not as much of a threat as we wanted to, but we were comfortable in the game.
01:21 They hadn't had any chances and their first chance was the goal they scored.
01:26 When you give a team like Stonham a bit of an up in the game, when it wasn't going their way, then they took control after that.
01:34 Probably half-time was a good time for us. We spoke at half-time, a little bit more belief.
01:40 I think if we had lost tie at 1-0, it was a big thing that happened in the game.
01:47 Very command at the back helped us a lot. Again, a naive mistake when we were probably on top again in the game.
01:55 We had a couple of openings, especially on our right-hand side.
01:58 It's one of them, if you're going to be naive and give the ball away, at the back especially,
02:06 when they win it back, you're under so much pressure. A team like Stonham are going to take full advantage.
02:11 They did, to be fair to them. They made a good tactical change.
02:16 To be honest, it's not about what they did, I don't think, in the game.
02:20 I think we shot ourselves in the foot and in the end it cost us, which has happened too much, unfortunately.
02:26 You mentioned that before this season. It's something you can mention, but ultimately out on the pitch you can't control that.
02:34 At the end of the day, it comes part and parcel with the style.
02:37 Also, we've been working on things over the last month at least to try and rectify mistakes that are happening.
02:45 Doing certain things so they happen less and just trying to make sure that we don't keep coming into these interviews
02:55 after the games and having the chats with the lads saying individual mistakes, individual mistakes.
03:00 Ultimately, first of all, we'll look at what we're doing and how we can prevent it.
03:07 Today, we've worked on it for a solid month on how to prevent it happening and it's fallen into old habits, I would say.
03:18 And, yes, we're just getting fully punished for it.
03:22 And Tyler has yet to come off a bit early yet to know how he is?
03:26 I think he's just got cramp, mate. I don't know 100% how it's broken to him, but he's not played enough football.
03:31 His last game of football before he played for us a few weeks ago was August, so he hasn't played enough football.
03:36 He's unable to train at the moment because he works in London in the week.
03:39 I just think it's one of those where the pitch is quite heavy.
03:43 I think it was just a bit of cramp, which is obviously a good thing. It's not an injury or anything, but it was disappointing for us
03:50 because it was only an hour into the game. The pitch is a heavy load now.
03:54 And they'll take their toll. I think it took a toll on us physically. I think it took a toll on them physically as well.
04:00 But, yes, hopefully it's nothing serious.
04:03 Yes, OK. And, yes, just sort of looking ahead.
