The winter well-being tips that I would give you would be to, in this time of year especially,

with the cold weather and the temperatures being low, is to, first of all, look what you're putting into your body.

Know what, when to stay in and when to go out.

And if you are going to go out, you need to wrap up because your immune system can be very low this time of year.

So the first thing you need to do is look to do things, obviously, because we don't get sun in this country,

you need to naturally get the vitamin D in your body, so I'd suggest supplementing vitamin D

and all your other vitamins and minerals that we are deficient in right now, this time of year especially.

Look to build it with that and look to have your water be on check and your food and everything else

and just look to dial everything in specifically, especially this time of year.
