00:00The players are desperate to do well, you know, talked about it before, and the players that have come to the club,
00:06they've not come to the club to be bottom of their division, but they are bottom of the division at the moment.
00:09We are, sorry, we are bottom of the division at the moment.
00:14So the players that I had last season and the players that have come in,
00:21it does feel, you know, it does feel that it's been quite damaging of what's happened over the previous five games.
00:36So, you know, maybe I was too much on the optimistic side of we'll be OK,
00:44and being a good bounce around the players, good vibe around the players to me coming back in
00:50and the work that we've done in the week, but as I just said at the start of the conversation,
00:56the biggest thing is you have to produce it on the Saturday when the pressure's on.
00:59And they looked a little bit anxious at times and rushed, and like I said,
01:03I think the word chaotic is a word that I would use about the second half performance.
01:09There wasn't any flow to it, there wasn't any domination to the game where we had a team pinned in
01:14and we just moved it around and moved it around and waited for that moment to show that bit of quality.
01:18You know, we sort of turned the ball over, we made some really poor decisions,
01:24never really felt in danger second half.
01:26They had five or ten minutes back into the first half, but never really felt in danger.
01:32And just getting that balance right, because certainly they look a little bit fragile and damaged at the moment,
01:41whether a result or a win sort of changes that attitude.
01:47But we have to quickly get over the position that we're in and we have to, whether it's the right thing to say in this sort of world,
01:57man up really in terms of accepting that, you know, it's a pressure situation and the boys that can handle that environment
02:06and Nandall playing in front of 30 or 1,000, a demanding crowd, and quite rightly so,
02:13they have to show that quality and those moments.
02:17And we never really did that, it just felt really rushed, really rushed all the time.
02:23So getting us into that place is obviously something that we need to do.
