00:02 Will, tell me what it's like working together with your brother-in-law and how long you've been working together?
00:10 Stressful, challenging, very rewarding.
00:16 We've been working together on and off since we were 14 years old.
00:22 We've been in this venture together now for probably 16 months.
00:27 Tell me, this is your second site?
00:30 Yes.
00:31 Tell me where we are and why you chose this area to pitch in.
00:37 We're at the Broadmarsh Coastal Park in Havant.
00:40 We chose this area, it was more luck than judgement really.
00:45 Havant Borough Council supplied us with a list of available locations and this seems the best for the view.
00:54 Just the general tranquility of the place really.
00:58 Tell me what the ambitions are for the business.
01:02 The ambitions are to become fully sustainable.
01:07 We really want to work with the local community and provide good quality food.
01:15 We hope to be here for the foreseeable future.
01:19 I've now given up my full-time job, this is it for me now.
01:24 With any luck it works out and this could be my future.
01:29 Tell me how often people can find you and what's your opening times?
01:34 Currently we're advertising that we're open from 7am to 8pm Monday to Saturday.
01:41 That may change but for the foreseeable future, for at least the next month or two, that's going to be our opening hours.
01:49 The best thing to do is follow our social media and you'll stay up to date with that.
01:53 Tell me what the reaction's been like for your opening weekend.
01:58 It's been really positive.
02:00 We were a little bit worried to start with.
02:04 This seems to be the sort of place where the same people come back again and again.
02:09 We didn't want to step on anyone's toes but the dog walkers, the general public have been really supportive and very welcoming.
02:18 Is there anything on the menu that is a firm favourite?
02:23 We had festive pigs and blankets on last year.
02:27 They sold really well so they're back on this year.
02:29 Cranberry sauce, they're very popular.
02:32 We've obviously got our breakfast items on the menu now.
02:35 All the usual suspects, bacon, sausage, egg and of course our traditional fish and chips.
