01:40 This is a wider type of sexual harassment.
01:45 It includes catcalling, wolf whistling, and even whistling.

01:55 These things are covered by the RA 1131.
01:59 Yes, here in PITX, we know that there are passengers who go home to faraway places.
02:05 Of course, when they go faraway, the travel is more prone to such types of abuse.
02:09 If a passenger experiences harassment, what should they do?
02:17 The first thing they can do is to report it to the driver or the conductor.
02:23 They are the ones who can respond.
02:27 If they see it, they can report it immediately.
02:31 This is a crime against the citizens' rights. The RA 11313 is a criminal law.
02:41 They can report it.
02:43 If the MMDA enforcer sees it, they can report it.
02:49 Under this law, the MMDA enforcer is an anti-sexual harassment enforcer.
