Rosemary and mozzarella pretzels

Ingredients:
- 1.5 cup warm water
- 1 package dry yeast
- 1.5 Tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 Tbsp rosemary
- 5 cups flour
- 6 Tbsp softened butter

- 1/4 cup parmesan
- 1 beaten egg

- 10 cups water
- 3/4 cup baking soda
