00:16 Because if we look at it, this is the work of the House of Representatives and we are doing our duty.

00:28 Maybe he's the unconstitutional one who is using the letterhead of the OVP to influence, elect us or even threaten the House in the co-equal resolution to cooperate with the Philippine government in the investigation of the ICC.

00:49 So don't let the House of Representatives dictate. The justice has been looking for more than 6,200 cases of extrajudicial killings.
