00:09What the officials from the executive branch of government did is a total snub as far as

00:25And this is a high deviation from the doctrine of checks and balances of our government.

00:38If they don't want to attend the hearing, it means they don't want us to have a co-equal

00:50So what will happen to this?

00:51I think we're now on the verge of a constitutional crisis if they continue to snub our invitation.

01:05Nothing will happen.

01:07There's no respect for a co-equal branch of government.

01:15So Madam Chair, I would like to move that we issue a subpoena to these government officials

01:23to require their presence in the next hearing, if there's an upcoming hearing, they should

01:30receive a subpoena so that we can clarify this.
