00:09 The Ramen Ron Madan Tsukemen set has Tori Gyokai Tsukemen and a bun of Karai Karage with Tsukemono.

00:16 First, the Tori Gyokai Tsukemen.

00:18 This version of the dipping ramen has chashu, bamboo shoots, a ramen egg,

00:23 nori, and thick noodles served separately to keep it al dente.

00:26 To enjoy the dish, you can dip the noodles and other toppings into the umami broth of pork,

00:31 silky fowl, and bonito.

00:34 Pro tip, you can request for yaki ishi or a hot stone dropped into your soup in case it cools down.
