00:05 After the Dogs Trust Leeds Rehoming Centre was targeted by thieves on the night of the

00:09 10th of November, two cars, a van and vital equipment was stolen with no dogs disturbed

00:14 during the incident.

00:20 Meanwhile, the Cats Protection charity shop in Morley has been vandalised by burglars

00:26 who ransacked the store, leaving stock unsellable.

00:30 They have issued a plea for stock and volunteers at their Queen Street premises, while police

00:34 continue to investigate the raid.

00:39 And finally, a crane on the Riverside Way building site in Leeds City Centre, which

00:43 caused major road and rail disruption on Tuesday, has been made safe.

00:47 A significant part of Whitehall Road was closed and residents and workers were told to evacuate.
