00:11 constantly cancelled. They never put enough carriages on so sometimes you can't even get

00:16 on the trains when they do turn up. It's really poor service.

00:24 I think it would be to marginalise railways. Because that's a fundamental problem. It went

00:31 to pot as soon as it was privatised because the individual companies just don't care enough

00:34 about actually providing a service.

00:39 Yeah, the trains are good but the buses are not.

00:43 What is it you don't like about the buses?

00:45 Just very congested. They get stuck in traffic. They take forever.

01:00 Yeah, it'd be great. Yeah, it'd be good for the city.

01:06 Okay, so I don't use it because I live very near the town centre so I can walk everywhere
