Along the way we caught up with the GM Performance Division team cruising on I-10 in a slew of upcoming production and prototype cars. We couldnt pass this opportunity up

00:05 I'm in Kissimmee, Florida, last stop of the 2005 Hot Rod Power Tour.
00:09 I'm from GM's Performance Division and I manage our high-performance vehicle operations.
00:14 One of the cars we have with us today is a 2005 Cobalt SS Supercharged.
00:18 We're really excited about this car.
00:21 It features a 2-liter supercharged Ecotec motor putting out 205 horsepower, 18-inch
00:27 tires and wheels, a performance-tuned suspension and steering system.
00:31 It has a five-speed manual transmission and has up-sized brakes.
00:35 The car has a tail fin and optional Recaro seats and limited-slip front differential.
00:41 It's an awesome car.
00:42 It's fun on a road course or a regular road.
00:45 We really enjoy it and we're happy to show it to people.
