Lawyer of driver in Daylesford car crash says no charges have been laid

The lawyer representing the driver involved in Sunday’s crash which killed five people in Central Victoria says his client is an insulin dependent diabetic. Three adults and two children were killed and another five were injured when a car hit diners sitting in an outdoor area of The Royal Hotel in Daylesford. The 66-year-old driver has been interviewed by police and has not been charged.
