Charges laid over Tasmanian jumping castle tragedy

I'ts been nearly two years since a number of Tasmanian families lost their children in the Hillcrest jumping castle tragedy. Now charges have been laid against the operator of the bouncy castle, and lawyers for some of those families say its a welcome step.
