Elizabeth Lee says Labor and the Greens winning another term of government would lead to more arrogance, secrecy and hubris.

00:17 and firefighters with the resources they need on the front line, to invest in and

00:23 support our local businesses, to set up our economy, to support jobs and skills

00:31 for the future, to make Canberra a city that is befitting of the capital of the

00:39 best country in the world. But what do we have today? We have a health system in

00:46 crisis with the worst emergency wait times in the country. Our teachers are

00:53 not supported to prepare our children with the academic foundations for a

00:57 brighter future. Our police, paramedics and firefighters do not have the

01:03 resources they need on the front line. We have the highest rates of long-term

01:10 homelessness in Australia. We have a government that does not support or

01:17 respect small business. Thousands of Canberrans doing it tough because Andrew

01:23 Barr has mismanaged the ACT's budget for over a decade. And a long-term government

01:31 that is so arrogant it believes it is not accountable to the Canberra

01:38 community. Imagine what Canberra will look like if Labor and the Greens were

01:45 given another four years. Imagine the arrogance, the culture of secrecy, the

01:52 hubris if Labor and the Greens were given another term. But it doesn't have

01:59 to be that way. It can't be that way.
