The Perfect Tenant Episode 6 (English Subtitles)

Mona is a young woman who grew up in an orphanage. She works for an Internet newspaper and has been reporting on the house arson cases that happened in different parts of Istanbul recently. Mona sees that the landlord with whom she was already fighting has put her belongings on the doorstep, and she is now homeless. She is forced to accept the offer of Yakup, whom she has just met, to become a tenant in her house, which was later divided into two by a strange architecture, as a temporary solution. However, on the first day Mona moved into the apartment, she noticed that there were strange things going on in the Yuva Apartment.

00:00 What are we doing in this crowd?
00:03 Is it safe for you?
00:05 Things are tight, right?
00:06 Neighbors called the police.
00:08 Two cops in two minutes won't follow anyone you say didn't come home in the evening.
00:12 Where is this crowd in the organization?
00:14 They put a lot of people in there.
00:15 But the real issue is who's after me.
00:17 I think it's closer than you think he's hiding the body.
00:20 It's not Yakup, Leyla. I already feel guilty about him.
00:22 You killed your uncle.
00:23 Don't fill me in against him.
00:25 Okay, don't get upset. I'm saying Yakup.
00:27 I'm just saying he's not far away.
00:29 Did you find anything from the number you gave?
00:31 From the used cards.
00:33 I'll have him look at the area where he bought the cards.
00:35 But I think he's from that apartment.
00:37 If he's squeezing you and making you crazy, you need to make him crazy, too.
00:41 If I knew who he was.
00:42 Okay, let's make a guess.
00:44 You know, the game of the mafia we did in the movie theater.
00:47 Think about the guys in the apartment.
00:49 Who could have done such a madness?
00:50 How can I know? Everyone in the apartment is crazy.
00:52 Okay, but who's the most crazy in that crowd?
00:54 For example, the gossip guy at the entrance.
00:57 Who?
00:58 You know, no one ever comes to his senses.
01:01 Sometimes it's the real thing.
01:02 The detective is just like that.
01:04 Sometimes you're looking so much in front of your eyes that you don't even look.
01:07 Then, bang.
01:09 Sometimes, yes.
01:11 But I don't think it's a conspiracy.
01:13 He's a little bit of a genius.
01:15 So, the manager said every meal is tomato paste.
01:17 Good morning.
01:18 I don't know.
01:19 He could be a blackmailer.
01:20 He's a full-time job.
01:21 Okay, don't think about it. Who else could it be?
01:23 There are young people.
01:25 A girl with a boyfriend and a boy who's in love with her.
01:27 Why did you say them?
01:29 I mean, if the girl said she'd hit for the boy, he said he'd hit.
01:32 He's a pretty crazy boy.
01:34 So what's the girl's benefit from this?
01:35 What do I know, Leyla? You say play, I play.
01:37 Am I talking about what I know?
01:38 The person you're looking for is in that apartment, Mona.
01:40 I'm sure of that.
01:41 I don't even know everyone in the apartment.
01:43 Isn't there a place where I can get them all together?
01:45 What should I do?
01:46 Should I get married and invite everyone?
01:48 Where am I going to get all those people together?
01:50 I don't know that much.
01:51 But if there's anything you know, go to that apartment you're looking for, Mona.
01:54 And find it.
01:55 It was easy for you to say.
01:56 And if you tell me how I'm going to do it.
01:57 Play our childhood game.
01:59 Don't you like it?
02:00 We read books and watched movies with you.
02:02 No.
02:03 After all, you're a cop, I'm a killer.
02:05 You're a journalist, too.
02:07 Do what you have to.
02:08 What should I do?
02:09 What should I do?
02:10 First find what you're looking for.
02:11 Then you'll find what you're looking for.
02:13 Leyla, could you please stop talking in code and secret?
02:16 I don't think you understand.
02:17 I'm afraid.
02:18 I'm afraid.
02:19 Don't be afraid, Mona.
02:20 Don't be afraid.
02:21 Look, I'm telling you as a cop.
02:23 Your blackmailer is talking for nothing.
02:25 Do you have any evidence?
02:27 There's a photo in the body.
02:28 Where's the killer's photo?
02:29 He didn't take it when he was killing you.
02:33 If you had any evidence, would it stop?
02:36 No evidence.
02:37 If there's no evidence, there's nothing to be afraid of.
02:38 Besides, I'm tired of saying it for years.
02:42 Don't be afraid, Mona.
02:43 I'm saying I shouldn't, but...
02:49 You're a murderer, but you couldn't get rid of that bastard.
02:53 What are you talking about?
02:54 Get out of that victim's sight.
02:56 They should be afraid of you.
02:58 Don't run away, Mona.
03:00 Chase him.
03:01 Go and find the blackmailer in their faces.
03:07 You're a good baby.
03:08 You can beat him up if you want.
03:10 You'll hunt the one who goes hunting.
03:13 The blackmailer should know who he's dancing with.
03:15 Do you understand?
03:16 Do you understand?
03:17 I understand.
03:20 This is your childhood game.
03:22 It's a child's game for you.
03:24 Go, play, and win.
03:28 Deal?
03:29 Deal.
03:31 Deal?
03:32 Deal.
03:33 Deal.
03:34 Mona, I'm going to the match.
03:54 If you're not going to attend the meeting, I'll tell Cennet that I won't.
03:57 Okay, give it to me.
04:01 Are all the floors participating?
04:03 Everyone?
04:04 Everyone except for one.
04:06 Then I'll go.
04:07 Why shouldn't I go?
04:09 I don't know.
04:12 I acted like I was sending you to hell, so I couldn't resist.
04:15 That's the way it is.
04:16 Since we're housemates, I'll take your place.
04:21 You're very generous today, Your Majesty.
04:24 Thank you.
04:27 I'll run away without changing my mind.
04:28 Good night.
04:29 Good night.
04:30 Good night.
04:31 What's happening?
04:59 Mr. Cüneyt, we're waiting for you.
05:01 Okay, I'll go over the headlines. We'll start in a minute.
05:05 I hope so.
05:07 Hello.
05:16 Hello.
05:17 I came to the meeting.
05:19 Which way?
05:22 Well...
05:24 This way, please.
05:26 Okay.
05:27 I guess there was a misunderstanding.
05:42 Because we're having an apartment meeting here.
05:45 I know. That's why I came.
05:47 But this is just a meeting for the floor owners.
05:51 Yakup asked me not to come.
05:53 So I'll be there.
05:55 But you can't just say, "He couldn't come, so I came."
05:59 That's not right.
06:00 Everything has a rule.
06:01 You can get a lease from the notary tomorrow.
06:04 The tenant can attend the apartment meeting.
06:07 Okay.
06:15 Yes.
06:17 As you know, we have another problem today.
06:22 Muzaffer is not with us.
06:25 I'm starting the meeting as the president of the Floor Board.
06:29 Yes.
06:31 On behalf of our apartment, thank you all for coming here today.
06:37 Mr. Yagup, it would be good if we could come to the agenda now.
06:42 I'm getting hungry from drinking tea.
06:44 My medicine time is approaching. I can't stay long.
06:47 Miss, tighten your teeth a little.
06:49 We're talking about the future of the apartment here.
06:52 The rest is easy.
06:54 Are we in the middle of nowhere?
06:55 Is it an apartment meeting?
06:56 I don't understand.
06:57 What future, dear?
06:59 There's a construction work downstairs.
07:01 You haven't been able to handle it for a while.
07:03 Yes, this is too long.
07:05 We're in a hurry.
07:06 But...
07:08 Who's the first to get in trouble?
07:11 Oh, come on.
07:13 So it's all our fault now?
07:15 No, it's not like that.
07:17 But after all, it's the fault of the one who should pay for it.
07:21 -Isn't it? -I mean...
07:23 After all, it's obvious that we're in the wrong.
07:25 I can't afford the costs of this apartment with a civil servant's salary.
07:28 It would be more appropriate if we sat in the palace.
07:31 Hmm, Sami.
07:32 You'd lower the heat.
07:34 We'd sit there like the Snow Queen.
07:36 Susami, don't get involved now.
07:38 After all, whoever blew up the pipe should take responsibility.
07:42 Did we blow up this pipe?
07:45 There's a kind of blood-soaked facility in the building.
07:48 I blew up today, you might blow up tomorrow.
07:51 But after all, you blew up in your apartment.
07:53 I can't pay a penny from the beginning.
07:55 The problem with this guy is that he has a scorpion in his pocket.
07:59 Be careful, that scorpion won't get you in trouble.
08:01 -He's going to get in trouble. -Gentlemen!
08:03 Gentlemen!
08:04 How is he going to get in trouble?
08:06 -No one knows. -No one knows.
08:08 -No one knows. -No one knows.
08:10 -Is he going to jail? -No one knows.
08:12 Gentlemen, please listen to us.
08:15 I can't take it anymore.
08:17 Calm down!
08:19 -Calm down! -It's not enough.
08:21 Calm down!
08:22 Please!
08:25 But if the level is going to drop here...
08:27 Are we going to lower the level?
08:29 You think it's a tea shower?
08:31 God, he knows about showers.
08:33 Look at him.
08:34 -Did you come to your senses? -Yes.
08:36 -Don't do it, ladies. -Don't do it.
08:38 Don't do it, ladies.
08:41 I'm against loud noise.
08:43 Don't do it!
08:44 I'm so pissed off.
08:45 Let's talk about this and finish this.
08:47 Please.
08:48 -Gentlemen. -Cüneytçi.
08:51 Thank you.
08:53 Yes.
08:55 Yes.
08:56 I got five different price offers.
08:59 I'm sending all of them to our group.
09:03 You can check them out.
09:05 Let's not miss anything.
09:11 By the way, can I get your number?
09:14 To add you to the apartment group.
09:16 0450-111-4255.
09:20 4255.
09:22 I can't add you right now.
09:29 Because I'm not the manager in the group.
09:31 It's not working.
09:32 Our manager will add you.
09:35 I'll add you.
09:37 Okay.
09:38 Are you okay?
10:05 Is something wrong?
10:07 Hello.
10:26 There's evidence, Leyla.
10:27 There's evidence.
10:28 I killed the man.
10:30 I was in the middle of it.
10:34 You said evidence.
10:35 I'm done. I'm ruined this time.
10:37 Okay, calm down.
10:38 Nothing else happened, right?
10:40 No.
10:41 They just discussed the meeting materials.
10:44 Didn't anyone talk about the victory?
10:47 No.
10:48 But you're convinced that someone sent it, right?
10:51 There can't be any other explanation.
10:53 I got that message when I told everyone my number.
10:56 Everyone took the phone from this group to open the price thing.
10:59 Everyone may have thrown it.
11:02 I think they realized I was suspicious of the people in the apartment.
11:05 They're kidding me.
11:08 They're playing a game.
11:09 But the number you called to the party is the same as the message, right?
11:12 No, it's different.
11:13 Did you call the number?
11:14 Can't I call?
11:15 I even sent a message to see who you are.
11:22 But I think he sent a message and blocked me.
11:29 Or I think it was from the user cards.
11:32 I'm sorry.
11:33 I've been calling since I got home.
11:40 I can't reach.
11:41 Okay, I'll get the number.
11:42 So, the victory issue.
11:44 Didn't anyone talk about it?
11:46 No.
11:47 Almost no.
11:48 How?
11:49 Didn't they take the road in the morning and call the police?
11:52 When did the agenda change?
11:53 I don't know. They're all weird.
11:54 They're crazy.
11:55 But who's the craziest in the junkyard?
12:00 We need to find him.
12:01 Mona!
12:06 One second.
12:07 Mona, are you home?
12:15 I was about to go to bed.
12:20 How did it go?
12:22 It was great.
12:28 By the way, you did me a great favor.
12:30 Thank you.
12:31 Good night.
12:37 How was the match?
12:39 It was good.
12:46 I scored two goals.
12:48 There are a few assists. We won the match.
12:50 Well done.
12:52 Good night.
12:57 You too.
12:58 Sorry, Yakup is here.
13:11 I heard.
13:13 How was the match?
13:14 Don't be ridiculous.
13:16 Okay, Mona.
13:17 I have to go now. I'll call you tomorrow.
13:19 You should get some rest.
13:21 It's not possible when my brain is so confused.
13:25 What are you going to do?
13:26 Do what you said.
13:30 Keep playing.
13:33 Thank you.
13:38 Cemal, our journalist.
13:47 Were you looking for me?
13:49 Burhan.
13:50 I'm looking for someone for a news.
13:54 Can you help me?
13:55 Sure. What is the matter?
13:58 Can you help me?
13:59 Sure. What is the matter?
14:02 I'm sorry.
14:03 I'm sorry.
14:05 I'm sorry.
14:06 I'm sorry.
14:08 I'm sorry.
14:10 I'm sorry.
14:12 I'm sorry.
14:14 I'm sorry.
14:16 I'm sorry.
14:18 I'm sorry.
14:20 I'm sorry.
14:22 I'm sorry.
14:24 I'm sorry.
14:26 I'm sorry.
14:28 I'm sorry.
14:30 I'm sorry.
14:33 I'm sorry.
14:34 I'm sorry.
14:36 I'm sorry.
14:37 I'm sorry.
14:38 [Music]
15:02 [Birds chirping]
15:08 Oh.
15:15 It's a coincidence that I woke up with the smell of coffee.
15:18 Although I don't have time to enjoy it.
15:20 Why?
15:22 I'm going to the interview first.
15:23 You know, some of our colleagues had to pick up the goods because of the news.
15:27 Then I'll go to Şile.
15:29 Şile.
15:30 I'm bored with my uncle.
15:32 I didn't tell the police not to be disturbed.
15:35 I didn't give the address either.
15:36 But I thought a little too much last night.
15:38 I'm going to go and see.
15:39 By the way.
15:41 I bathed your photo.
15:43 What photo?
15:45 I took it.
15:47 It turned out very well.
15:49 I'll give it to you when I'm done.
15:51 What are you doing with my photo?
15:54 I remember I told you.
15:55 That apartment portrait project.
15:57 I mean, if something happens to my head, maybe an exhibition.
16:00 You can't put me in an exhibition or something.
16:02 There is no such thing.
16:03 If you don't object right away, Ms. Mona.
16:05 Let that day come.
16:06 Okay, I'll do it when that day comes.
16:07 Then.
16:08 I'm actually wondering.
16:18 There was a photo with a mask.
16:21 Who?
16:22 Why are you so obsessed?
16:26 I don't know, it didn't sit well with me.
16:28 Everyone's inside here.
16:31 Who would wear it?
16:32 Someone who's not inside.
16:33 Not white collar.
16:42 His hair is broken.
16:44 Not Pelin.
16:45 He likes it so much that he can't cover his face.
16:48 It can't be Mert.
16:50 He doesn't look like he's curious about entertainment.
16:52 Bravo Sherlock.
16:54 You've started to get to know the residents of the apartment.
16:56 Go on.
16:58 I found it.
17:08 [Music]
17:10 Yes?
17:35 I looked at Mr. Cüneyt.
17:37 He asked for some documents from me.
17:38 But I forgot.
17:40 I wanted to ask him.
17:41 Cüneyt went to the market.
17:44 If you want, I can stop by later.
17:46 No, I...
17:47 I'll wait, no problem.
17:52 Thank you.
17:54 Here you go.
18:03 [Music]
18:05 Your house is quite tidy.
18:23 Cüneyt is a bit sensitive about tidiness.
18:28 It's his job.
18:31 Would you like some coffee?
18:33 If you don't mind.
18:34 Of course.
18:35 Middle.
18:37 [Music]
18:43 [Music]

19:39 [Music]
19:46 I'm sorry, I rang the bell.
19:58 But you didn't hear.
19:59 It was Rasim, right?
20:01 You can say "Ra".
20:03 Like the sun god.
20:04 What happened?
20:05 Did you get your heart beating?
20:06 Sit down, don't stand up.
20:08 I'm missing you.
20:09 I had an apartment to do, so I came to see you.
20:12 They said you have a collection of masks.
20:14 I said I'd take a look at it.
20:16 Oh my!
20:17 Finally, a girl came to see my collection.
20:20 It's not a city legend.
20:22 Yakup took a picture of you.
20:24 An old man's mask.
20:26 Like this.
20:27 It's a pretty scary mask.
20:30 But it's your favorite.
20:32 Can I look at it?
20:34 You can't.
20:35 Why?
20:37 Is it hidden?
20:38 Lost.
20:39 How?
20:41 The other day, my father bought it.
20:42 He was going to make a joke with his friend's child.
20:44 My father?
20:46 Yeah.
20:47 My father and joke.
20:48 It's very strange to me too.
20:50 Where is the mask?
20:53 I don't know.
20:54 The boy didn't come back.
21:01 My father is here.
21:02 You can ask him if you want.
21:04 I will.
21:05 Ms. Mona.
21:07 See you.
21:09 We talked to your son.
21:17 We talked to your son.
21:19 He had a very nice mask.
21:34 But it's gone.
21:36 What a pity.
21:39 I put your coffee like this.
21:43 Would you like to drink?
21:47 No.
21:48 You said documents, Sabahattin.
21:57 Mom, bring me a glass of fruit juice.
22:00 Shall we talk inside?
22:05 Okay.
22:07 I'm sorry.
22:08 You know why I'm here, right?
22:28 I think so.
22:29 What if I say I know who did it?
22:33 Good.
22:34 Okay.
22:36 You want to play a game.
22:38 Don't you wonder how I found it?
22:41 I'm trying to understand what you're talking about.
22:44 I was surprised you didn't go to Mr. Muzaffer's house that morning.
22:48 A control maniac like you.
22:50 And if he's so worried, he won't leave anyone else.
22:54 He'll go in and look.
22:55 But you knew Muzaffer wasn't at home, didn't you?
22:59 You didn't need to look.
23:00 But I didn't doubt it at first.
23:03 Do you know where I was suspicious?
23:05 I was suspicious of the police.
23:07 I started to get out of there.
23:08 You know, you have a police friend.
23:11 Gürbüz Amir.
23:12 Hello, Gürbüz Amir.
23:14 How are you?
23:15 Yes.
23:17 Bad news.
23:18 There's no such thing.
23:20 So at least there's no one in the murder department named that.
23:24 How do you know that?
23:26 I didn't know.
23:27 I asked someone who knew.
23:29 Mona.
23:30 We looked at the name you gave, but we couldn't find anyone.
23:33 That's what journalism is.
23:35 Not knowing everything.
23:37 Knowing what to ask who.
23:40 So?
23:41 Is that all?
23:43 As a journalist, I'm sorry to say.
23:46 But there's no newspaper in the country.
23:48 Everyone is on the internet now.
23:50 And at work, they hire inquisitive people like you.
23:58 But...
23:59 Because of your curiosity about order, your wife drew everything with a ruler.
24:07 Shame.
24:08 But look what I found while I was fixing it.
24:12 By the way, the idea of hiding Elias is very good.
24:15 Good idea.
24:17 But, I mean...
24:18 Cutting and making a draft letter with newspaper foam.
24:22 It's not very bright for this era.
24:24 And...
24:27 You can't think of putting it on the newspaper.
24:29 I know who did it.
24:41 What do you say?
24:43 I say I didn't do it.
24:47 I know.
24:48 My dear, you have a gun.
24:51 How are you going to carry a big man?
24:54 I'm going to the airport.
24:56 But is your husband like that?
25:02 He has the power to carry wooden bags.
25:08 God bless.
25:10 Right, Miss Sabahat?
25:21 If I knew you a little, it would have been like this.
25:23 You came to see Uncle Muzaffer.
25:26 Then, of course, you didn't neglect to listen to us.
25:29 Yakup was inviting me to the party at that time.
25:31 So the message that I was told to come to the party was taken from your house.
25:34 The rest is a proof video from a meeting room.
25:38 I have to confess, I was sure it was one of the people at the table.
25:41 But it wasn't someone at the table.
25:43 It was someone in the room.
25:45 Or...
25:47 It was someone who was in the room just now.
25:51 Please see this as a compliment, not an insult.
25:54 You were the last person I would suspect.
25:58 You may have sent the real message.
26:02 You're working together.
26:04 I know who did it.
26:10 What do you say?
26:12 Hmm?
26:13 I know what you did.
26:30 I won't ask what you're doing at Muzaffer's house.
26:36 Unfortunately, I know that too.
26:40 You were looking for the corpse of your deceased.
26:45 I was right, you took it.
26:52 You're so happy that you found it.
26:56 Actually, it doesn't help me to say that I'm not hiding much.
27:00 You haven't found it yet because you don't suspect me at all.
27:06 Because you didn't take me seriously enough to be afraid.
27:12 So no, not a compliment, an insult.
27:18 Anyway.
27:20 Since you were able to shoot that video, you were with him that night.
27:25 But why?
27:27 It wasn't to hurt you.
27:29 But Muzaffer didn't deserve to die.
27:35 He didn't.
27:36 So what do you want from me now?
27:42 I wrote my last message clearly.
27:45 Come on, little lady, pick up your stuff and get out of this apartment.
27:59 Come on.
28:00 Why?
28:01 If the police find the body, he will hand over the evidence to the police as a citizen responsible for Sabahat.
28:08 But no.
28:09 It's a shame for Yakup, isn't it?
28:11 You killed Yakup's uncle.
28:14 Who knows how sad he will be.
28:17 You take the girl to your house, let her come and kill your uncle.
28:22 I don't know why I'm in pain.
28:25 Muzaffer.
28:29 I'm sorry.
28:30 Madam, we are people who try to live in happiness and peace in this apartment.
28:37 We don't have a place for people like you.
28:39 Get out of here.
28:41 Now.
28:42 Get out of here.
28:43 Get out.
28:44 So why didn't you report me then?
28:48 He doesn't care about you at all.
28:51 How can I go and find a place now?
28:53 He doesn't care about me either.
28:56 You can't just say "here are my things" and leave.
28:59 We will send someone.
29:00 I will send someone with his things, his furniture, everything. Don't worry.
29:04 He didn't die in the neighborhood.
29:06 He's gone.
29:15 Thank you.
29:17 Thank you.
