00:02 - Yeah, let's get started here.
00:04 And you know, Cam Rising, who a lot of people
00:07 thought potentially would be back sooner than he has.
00:10 Let's just be honest.
00:11 A lot of people thought we would see him.
00:12 You know, he was questionable to play
00:14 in the first game of the season.
00:16 You know, here we are a month in.
00:17 What is the latest here?
00:18 Do you think he ends up suiting up anytime soon?
00:20 - Well, I hope so, because you never wanna see
00:23 a career in college end like that.
00:25 Obviously leading Utah to back-to-back
00:28 Pac-12 championships, hasn't recovered.
00:31 He was very open and honest about this recovery
00:34 in an ESPN article yesterday.
00:36 Talked about it wasn't just the ACL.
00:38 It was other ligaments in his knee.
00:40 And this recovery process has taken longer than expected.
00:43 And it reached a peak when they lost
00:45 to Oregon State last week.
00:46 So they have this bye week and they come out of it.
00:50 And Craig, the tough part is they have three games
00:52 against top 10 opponents.
00:54 You know, they gotta play USC.
00:55 They gotta play Washington.
00:56 They gotta play Oregon.
00:57 And it's pretty clear watching them
00:59 in order to win those games,
01:01 they're probably gonna need rising on the field
01:03 to have their best opportunity to do that.
01:05 So you hope he gets on the field,
01:08 but it's hard for me to picture Utah sweeping
01:10 all three of those games against those opponents,
01:12 those offenses, and in particular,
01:14 those healthy quarterbacks he'll be up against.
