00:00 The new voices of Rick and Morty have been revealed.
00:03 Adult Swim just dropped the trailer for season 7 of the Emmy-winning sci-fi comedy, and it
00:07 features the voice actors who are replacing co-creator Justin Roiland after he was dismissed
00:12 from the show due to misconduct allegations.
00:22 As fans of Rick and Morty know, Roiland previously voiced both of the show's main characters.
00:27 But he's been replaced with two voice actors, one for Rick and another for Morty.
00:32 And in an unusual move, the network is keeping the names of the new voice talents confidential
00:36 until the show's season premiere.
00:38 On Adult Swim, Insider explained, "We want the show to speak for itself.
00:42 We believe in the strength of the season and our new voices, and we want to preserve the
00:46 viewing experience for fans."
00:57 The official season 7 description makes a reference to the recastings.
01:01 It reads in part, "Rick and Morty are back and sounding more like themselves than ever."
01:05 It's season 7 and the possibilities are endless.
01:08 What's up with Jerry?
01:09 Evil Summer?
01:10 And will they ever go back to the high school?
01:13 Maybe not, but let's find out.
01:24 The new season of Rick and Morty premieres on Sunday, October 15th at 11pm.
01:28 Like previous recent seasons, season 7 will include 10 episodes.
