00:03 - Turn our attention now, Joe, to the NFC,
00:05 where you have seven of the nine unbeaten teams left
00:10 in the National Football League all in one conference,
00:13 including three of those teams in the NFC East,
00:16 the Cowboys, Eagles, and Commanders,
00:18 and three of the others in the NFC South,
00:21 the Saints, Falcons, and Buccaneers.
00:24 So, Joe, in the NFC East right now,
00:26 it's the Cowboys as the divisional leader slightly,
00:29 although the Eagles also 2-0,
00:32 and both of those prices, I believe, at this moment,
00:35 let me just double check, are plus 105.
00:38 We have co-favorites in the NFC East.
00:41 Elsewhere around the NFC, the Niners minus 440,
00:45 San Francisco gets ready to host New York
00:47 on this Thursday night,
00:48 the best price of any team to win any division.
00:50 That's a really large number at minus 440
00:53 just two weeks into the year.
00:54 The Lions, the favorites in the NFC North,
00:56 nearly a full dollar in front of the Green Bay Packers.
00:59 The Saints, only 15 cents, Joe, in front of the Falcons,
01:03 but New Orleans still the favorite at plus 135.
01:07 Give us your assessment of how the NFC divisional races
01:10 are at least playing out early on this season.
01:13 - A word comes to mind, overvalued,
01:17 across the board in the NFC, man,
01:19 because what you just laid out
01:20 and the prices that you're laying out here,
01:23 like we need to, everyone needs to slow down
01:26 two weeks into the season.
01:27 Nobody is running to the window,
01:29 at least I hope not, laying 440 with the 49ers.
01:32 And the Cowboys, if we had so much as $5 every year
01:37 that we heard, "Look out, the boys are back, here it goes."
01:41 They are one of the greatest regular season teams
01:44 we've ever seen, and then what happens?
01:45 Oh yeah, they throw up all over themselves
01:48 when it matters the most.
01:49 And oh yeah, what happens if Dak Prescott goes down?
01:52 Listen, the defense, no doubt,
01:54 of the Cowboys is championship quality.
01:57 However, the first two games have made that team
02:00 look way better than what they really are.
02:02 I still have my concerns with the offense
02:06 and Dak and company there,
02:08 and I still have my concerns with the 49ers.
02:11 While everyone is crowning them the champs
02:14 and everyone's expecting them to win
02:15 by 20 points here tonight, we need to slow down.
02:19 Look at the two games and look at the usage right now
02:22 for Christian McCaffrey and how many times
02:25 he has touched the ball, people.
02:27 You are not going to win anything long-term
02:30 if you can't figure out an alternative to Christian McCaffrey
02:33 'cause we've seen, if you bury him by week eight
02:37 and he gets hurt, see you later.
02:39 So they better have Elijah Mitchell ready.
02:41 They gotta have a few other answers
02:44 other than just Christian McCaffrey
02:46 touching the ball 40 times a game
02:48 because that's gonna end in absolute disaster.
