00:04 he's a highly respected, experienced editorial executive in the organisation,

00:09 and he's going to lead the review.

00:11 We'll look at any complaints made about Russell Brand's conduct during his time,

00:16 what was known at the time, what was done.

00:18 So full transparency, we're going to dig into anything that we've got there.

00:22 I just want to say one thing, because that came up as an allegation,

00:27 that the review will also look at the position regarding any cars

00:30 used by the BBC at that time, because that was obviously something that,

00:34 again, in a powerful testimony, was mentioned.

00:40 Peter will report to the Executive Committee and the Board,

00:43 and we want to complete this work as swiftly as possible.

00:46 I mean, I personally am hoping for an initial report in weeks, not months.
