00:39 They were still detained in Camp Vicente Lim in Laguna.
00:42 But the Manila RTC Branch 40 gave their urgent motion for arraignment and issued a warning on Wednesday.
00:50 According to Justice Secretary Jesus Crispin Lemulia, even if the cases of the missing relatives in Bongero are now being reversed,
