01:53 - Doing these workshops, I've learned how to network.

03:09 is the fact that he did show me that he could cry.

03:12 I've never seen him cry even once.
03:14 - To do these uncomfortable,
03:16 particularly the negative emotions,
03:17 which I would say society feels,
03:19 you need to keep private and push down.
