00:03 I'm not saying we're on upset alert, but is there one team you like a little bit
00:06 more in covering a number this week than another here?
00:08 >> Yeah, I'm not entirely sure, Donnie, if I back any of these teams to cover what
00:13 is at least a four touchdown spread.
00:16 The point I wanna make though is Georgia.
00:18 An SEC opener against South Carolina.
00:21 But Donnie, the preseason AP top 25 was virtually 27th.
00:25 They had the second highest amount of receiving votes in that category.
00:29 Yeah, they did not look good in the opener against UNC.
00:32 But Georgia, in its SEC opener, albeit at home between the hedges in Sanford,
00:37 is a 27.5 point favorite.
00:40 That should show you the odds expectation for the Bulldogs and
00:44 where Georgia is expected to be this year.
00:47 Georgia has not covered Donnie in either of its two games so
00:51 far this year against FCS, UT Morton, or last week against Ball State.
00:56 They were at least a six touchdown favorite in either of those football games.
01:00 Georgia was a lot better at covering against SEC foes last year,
01:03 though, six and three against the spread.
01:06 And we must keep an eye, Donnie, on the Texas Longhorns.
01:09 Taking on a Wyoming team this week as a 29.5 point favorite.
01:13 Of course, Wyoming got the season started in a big way against another Big 12 Texas
01:18 team, that being Texas Tech, winning in double overtime at home.
01:22 I don't think it's a cakewalk for the Longhorns.
01:25 I don't think they see a blemish on the resume like the Red Raiders did.
01:29 But in the conversation of are they, you know what the next word is,
01:35 Texas can ill afford any slip ups, Donnie,
01:37 because the last time they won a conference championship was back in 2009.
01:42 It was the last time in the regular season Texas won double digit games.
01:47 They are now on a great track to do that, having knocked off Alabama last week and
01:52 looking incredibly legitimate in doing so.
01:55 So Donnie, the Longhorns cannot look past any opponent at this point because it's
01:59 not just Big 12 title or bust for Texas, but missed the college football playoff.
02:05 Texas is expecting to be a national championship contender.
02:08 Now time for the third best price to do that at a 10 to 1 clip.
