00:00 All right, beautiful weather for baseball across most of the country for the first part of the week. At least Jeff Cornish has details in tonight's check of field conditions.
00:07 All right, well, we have a lot going on in the world of sports right now. But as the major league baseball pennant race heats up and other teams are vying for wild card spots and so forth, well, we could take it to an L East rivalry here at Fenway Park on Tuesday evening, 71 degrees, mostly cloudy.
00:25 We're gonna have some really disruptive weather at the very end of the weekend, a Saturday in Boston, but we look okay for Tuesday for the most part. Spotty showers and storms could still be around, especially to the west. Baltimore here, a little interleague play, 81, a pleasant day. We're done with last week's heat wave when we were really steamy there at the Inner Harbor, not the case on this Tuesday.
00:44 And also into an AL Central matchup here Tuesday at Chicago. You can see we'll be in really nice, cool shape. This feels like late season baseball, 63 degrees. An AL West matchup into Seattle, clouds, 64. Also feeling like fall, 64 degrees, not bad. And then we have a little bit of interleague play in the Great Lakes/Ohio Valley region. We're gonna take it to Detroit here and Tuesday evening, a lot of clouds, mid 60s for temperatures. Back to you.
