00:23 maybe engaging drivers in that.

00:26 Maybe focusing on older populations
00:29 who don't drive as much but still want
00:31 to be able to get out and about.
00:33 International potential, someday, who knows.
00:36 So there's so much opportunity at this company
00:38 as we improve our experience every single day
00:41 for riders and drivers.
00:42 So that's number one.
00:43 And then number two, this is an amazing team.
00:46 And I know CEOs say that and they say these cliche things
00:49 like, oh, you're only as good as your people.
00:50 Well, it turns out to be true.
00:51 You're only as good as your team.
00:53 And I've got an amazing team, not just the direct reports,
00:56 but when I look across the company,
00:57 so much passion, so much excitement,
01:00 so much willingness to do whatever it takes

01:04 Remember, your drivers are making billions of dollars
01:06 on the platform, riders are taking hundreds of millions
01:08 of rides a year, and we've got so much opportunity
