My routine today I have been very dedicated to strengthening the upper part, I am happy training! 4set x15-20rept each exercise.
Use 2 and 8kg dumbbells, 3kg ankle weights.
I can't describe the happiness that training gives me, it's worth getting out of bed, it's worth it
