00:08 The Bills did not do that at all on Saturday night
00:11 as their first teamers really got beat up
00:13 by the first teamers of the Steelers
00:14 and they took a bunch of really stupid penalties.
00:17 So Sean McDermott wasn't very happy afterwards.
00:20 - Yeah, unacceptable.
00:22 Absolutely unacceptable.
00:23 Point blank.
00:25 - I mean, preseason or not, that does seem unacceptable.
00:28 So what do you have to do to clean that up?
00:30 - Well, you know, I thought we addressed it last week
00:33 by pulling guys out of the play
00:36 when you're out there at training camp practice,
00:37 but obviously that didn't get the job done.
00:39 So we go back to the drawing board
00:41 and then guys got to do it.
00:42 They got to take ownership of and responsibility.
00:44 So it's not like we don't talk about discipline
00:47 and that's a part of our environment,
00:51 but obviously we got more work to do there.
00:53 - I actually thought Cam last year
00:56 they were a little bit of a undisciplined team
00:58 when it came to penalties.
00:59 - Agreed.
01:00 - So to see that it's kind of still a major problem,
01:05 albeit in the preseason game,
01:07 which I put almost zero stock in,
01:09 but when the coach is that upset after,
01:11 you kind of got to pay a little bit of attention.
01:13 So that bothered me a little bit, Cam, when I saw that.
01:16 - I agree.
01:17 And I don't care if it is the preseason,
01:18 you got to clean up that stuff.
01:20 It's going to be, you know,
01:21 the bills are in tough there, Carver.
01:22 It's going to be a tough division this year
01:23 and you can't be doing stupid things there.
01:25 It's a murderer's role,
01:27 but already with the Steelers, I know it's preseason.
01:29 I told you last week,
01:31 I've already bet them week one against the Niners.
01:33 I think they can win outright.
01:34 It's one of my favorite games of the week.
01:35 I think the Steelers are going to be much better
01:37 than people anticipate.
