00:11 They could name a starter, maybe today, we will see if Ryan Day chooses to do that.
00:16 Kyle McCord is the name at least that seems to be percolating as the possibility

00:21 Bill, is that the same thing that you would anticipate as we head toward week

00:25 >> Yeah, Ryan Day has some availability this week, and
00:28 this has been a back and forth quarterback battle with Kyle McCord and
00:33 Devin Brown.
00:33 And rather not he announces a starter here in about an hour, we don't know.
00:38 Here's what I do know.
00:40 Rather it was Dwayne Haskins, CJ Stroud, Justin Fields,
00:44 in their first year as a starter, get this, 4,329 yards,
00:48 45 touchdowns, six interceptions.
00:52 That was the average season for an Ohio State first year starter.
00:55 So rather it's Kyle McCord or Devin Brown,
00:58 think about being held to those expectations on top of they're expecting you to beat
01:03 Michigan this year as well.
01:05 I do think this battle is close in those first three games against Indiana,
01:09 Youngstown State, and Western Kentucky, both are gonna play.
01:14 They like Devin Brown though, there's a lot of noise around Devin Brown,
01:17 a kid that wears number 33, which will look weird.
01:20 Just keep an eye on that over the next week or so.
01:22 If he starts, that's gonna change some things, cuz he's a little more mobile.
