The cockpit voice recorder has been recovered from the plane that crashed at the Elmina Township in Selangor.

Selangor police chief Comm Datuk Hussein Omar Khan on Thursday (Aug 17) said the Air Accident Investigation Bureau has collected the device and sent it for analysis.

00:00 So, the investigation team, the police and the APM bombers have completed the search and processing of the body and body parts.
00:16 At around 10.30pm, we have found and processed 10 bodies and 5 body parts.
00:37 So, all the human remains are in 15, 10 main bodies and 5 body parts.
00:48 This is the first investigation and all the bodies will be taken to the KLAR hospital for post-mortem and examination.

01:19 We have also found the voice data recorder, which the BKBSKU air traffic control team has brought back to the lab for analysis.
