00:16 To be honest exams were quite far away so I didn't remember how the exams went so I was really unsure what I would get

00:31 Yeah, I did think I would get my results. I thought I could do it and I did.

00:36 Must have been an awful lot of hard work to be able to get that right.

01:11 I think it is a very resilient year group and I think they've just risen to all of the difficulties and challenges

01:17 that they've faced along the way and been able to smash it.

01:22 If we put in the same amount of support with the future generations,

01:26 there's no reason why they can't do as well or even better.

01:42 Yeah, that felt weird because obviously the last exams I sat were in like year six

01:46 so not having my GCSEs definitely made a difference but with the mocks and everything,

01:50 the college well prepared us.

01:58 I've always wanted to go to a top uni and my grandfather also went to Cambridge

02:02 so it's kind of a family thing as well.

02:04 How does it feel to follow in your grandad's footsteps?

02:07 Surreal, but yeah, I'm very happy.

02:24 Super proud of all of our students and of course our staff that have worked so hard to support them.

02:30 Our results have gone back to being in line with 2019 in terms of the pass rate

02:35 but the high grades are much higher so absolutely delighted.
