00:33 those are who I looked up to
00:34 'cause there were no West Coast rappers.
00:36 So they embraced me, the Zulu Nation, all that.
00:39 And, you know, my favorite rappers, Rakim, you know, EPMD.
00:44 You know, that's my generation, EPMD,
00:47 Public Enemy, of course.
00:49 And then when West Coast hit, NWA came, you know.
00:53 But I just like it hard.
00:55 I'm a hardcore rapper.
00:56 I like soft music and hardcore rap.
00:59 So with music, I like Sade.
01:01 I like the Delphonics.
01:03 I like the Dramatics.
01:04 With rap, I like it hard.
