00:23 According to the charge sheet, the accused repeatedly harassed Akasia Mardiana Dawood

00:28 by sending communication to her Twitter account while knowing that the harassment could incite

00:36 The communication, which contained his expression of love to the 31-year-old victim, was then

00:42 read at the premises in Shah Alam.

00:45 The offence was allegedly committed between 1.40am on July 15 and 5.58pm on July 21.

00:53 Mahamad Safik was charged under Section 507A, Subsection 1 of the Penal Code for stalking,

00:59 punishable under Section 507A, Subsection 3 of the Penal Code.

01:05 He faces imprisonment of up to three years or a fine, or both, upon conviction.
