The Commission on Elections will finally introduce mall voting in the upcoming barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan elections. The poll body believes this change will help the vulnerable sectors exercise their right to vote easier.

00:00 Around 300,000 voters will be able to cast their vote in malls in the Barangay and SK elections in October.
