00:07 And because we consider ourselves as a trustee of people's data. I mean we are not the owner,

00:16 UIDA is not the owner of 121 crore people's biometrics and other data. So therefore we

00:22 will take every possible steps to ensure privacy and also the security. Now I must tell you

00:29 that this security and privacy both are interlinked. Supposing if you are losing security, then

00:35 naturally one day the privacy will get violated because if the data itself is compromised,

00:40 then the privacy of the person also is violated. And today in the changing technology world,

00:47 just like we are upgrading our technology, the people with some evil mind or with a destructive

00:54 mentality, they also try to put a strain on the system by doing various kinds of attacks.

01:01 So we have to be ahead of them so that whenever they try to do that, we should have an answer

01:06 to that because there is some problem which has come up. If at that time I try to find

01:12 a counter solution, by that time it will be too late. We are always anticipating that

01:17 what will be the security scenario maybe after two years or three years. And then how do

01:22 we, these kinds of threat emerge, then how we will be able to handle them. And for that

01:28 we need to start making preparations from now only because any change that you try to

01:32 bring in a large system like this, you know it has a lead time, the few months and perhaps

01:38 few years. So we have to anticipate that what kind of threats will come in the coming months

01:44 or coming years and start taking a proactive countermeasures right from now so that the

01:50 data remains safe and secure.
