00:04 It's just a quick video on the Farmers' Boy, actually.

00:07 We got an email the other day saying that we got

00:09 into the top 10% of hotels worldwide on TripAdvisor.

00:13 And to put the contents, that they said

00:15 that it was eight million hotels on there,

00:17 which is really, really cool.

00:18 And it takes so much hard work to get there.

00:21 And we know we're not the Ritz,

00:23 and we don't pretend to be either.

00:25 We know where our values lay,

00:27 and I think we've got a great culture here at the Farmers.

00:31 And obviously we couldn't do it

00:32 without the amazing team that we have.

00:34 We just have a fantastic team,

00:36 and there's no way I could do it without them.

00:38 Everyone from the kitchen staff to front of house to hotel,

00:42 they're absolutely amazing people,

00:43 and I love working with them every single day.

00:46 Every day is an educational day.

00:48 You definitely have a lot of surprises

00:51 in the hospitality game, as you can imagine.

00:54 But again, we strive through it.

00:55 We strive through it as a team.

00:56 There's no I in team, as they say.

00:58 And yeah, and look,

01:00 we come out with these great achievements.

01:02 And also I think we got, well, I don't think,

01:05 I know we got Gloucestershire Pub of the Year,

01:07 which is really, really cool as well.

01:09 So it's nice to see that other people recognise

01:10 in our hard work, and hopefully, yeah,

01:13 we'll just keep on bringing in the awards.
