00:29 Obviously, my name is Andy,
00:30 and so I thought I'd come up with Andy Mann upcycling.
00:32 Been here since 2018.
00:34 We was only meant to come in here temporary.
00:37 Since then, so we did have two units,
00:40 but we had to go back down to one unit,
00:41 so we're in this one unit now.
00:43 I upcycle furniture.
00:46 I decoupage guitars.
00:49 Heads, I do most things, really.
00:52 People can come to me for commissions if they want to,
00:54 so I can upholster seats.
00:57 We do little house clearances as well,
00:59 but we can't do big ones.
01:00 We can't take big items, so we take small items.
01:04 My price range, I would say, is from £2 to £50.
01:10 To keep the prices down, people donate furniture to us
01:12 rather than throwing it away.
01:14 I do enjoy doing guitars at the moment
01:16 because it's a funny shape,
01:20 and over the time, I've learned different ways
01:22 of putting paper on,
01:25 and actually, one of the best ways
01:26 is to crinkle the paper so the creases are in the paper
01:28 before you put the paper on the items.
01:31 We do get a lot of returning customers.
01:34 We also get a lot of customers that return
01:36 that just want to chat and to have a look.
01:39 I would say our main customer at the moment
01:41 is the older generation.
01:43 We've got a lot of people liking Elvis,
01:45 and a lot of customers like Elvis,
01:47 so we play around with Elvis a lot.
01:51 So it'd be nice to have younger people here.
01:53 There's some things we sell which we obviously don't upcycle,
01:56 but we try to upcycle as much as we can.
