00:00 rules themselves are not as clear as they should be. That's created
00:04 inconsistency, it's meant that different retailers have interpreted those rules
00:07 in different ways and it means that consumers are not getting access to the
00:12 quick and easy comparisons that they should be. So what we're doing today is
00:15 making very clear recommendations to government urgently to take action to
00:19 improve those rules. But we're also saying to retailers you don't need to
00:23 wait for those changes, you can up your game, you can really make sure that
00:27 you're complying fully with the rules and with the recommendations that we're
00:31 setting out. We've also identified some areas for individual retailers where
00:36 they're clearly not complying, we've written to them directly and we will be
00:39 monitoring their reaction. It's too early at this point to name individual
00:44 retailers, what we've made very clear is that if they do not move immediately to
00:48 improve their practices we will be taking enforcement action.
