She's so scared, try to hide in the corner, as if "please don't hurt me and my newborn puppies"

I come to the shelter where i found this mother and 3 puppies hide in the corner in dirty condition. That's winter season and weather is very cold, the puppies or even mother can not survived with that condition. Three puppies are healthy despite the scars of the leash on their neck. The mother look very sad and anxious, she try to warm and protect her babies.
