00:04 There are certainly resources, it depends on how they are allocated.
00:08 The problem, as you say, is pollution.
00:12 Today we focus on air quality, but in reality we have to take into account the whole system,
00:19 the whole respect for the ecosystem.
00:21 So if the action does not expand on all environmental issues,
00:24 we risk focusing only on some aspects that have a systemic characteristic.
00:30 It is interesting that the WHO, just yesterday, at the World Health Assembly,
00:34 which is underway, has issued a resolution that calls on states,
00:40 but also the WHO, to take greater care of pollution issues,
00:48 which also include air quality.
00:52 The WHO sets limits that the European Directive tries to reach,
01:00 but remains quite distant.
01:02 The fundamental request is that European countries also try to reach those limits
01:09 that are set by the WHO at a global level.
