Declan Rice moves young fan to tears with gesture after West Ham win

Declan Rice moved a young West Ham fan to tears as he stopped to say hello after Sunday’s 1-0 win against Manchester United.

The Hammers’ captain was in fine form as his side moved away from the Premier League relegation zone with an important victory.

“Hello brother,” Rice says as the boy sobs. “You good?”

“Why you crying?” he then asks, before the young boy replies: “I don’t know”.

The midfielder then hugs his young fan, gives him the shirt off his back, and gives him another hug for the road.
