Norlane tops ABS list of most disadvantaged areas in Victoria

New census data has ranked a North Geelong suburb as the most disadvantaged area in Victoria. Norlane has significantly high rates of unemployment and school dropouts. But local enterprises are working hard to improve their community's prospects.
