INGREDIENTS
200g eggs
160g sugar
50g honey
50ml cream
200g flour
50g cornstarch
1/2 sachet of baking powder
180g butter
Vanilla
METHOD
Mix eggs, sugar, honey and cream, then add flour, starch, baking powder and vanilla. Melt the butter and add it to the dough. Amalgamate everything and proceed to fill the mold helping you with a pastry bag
to be precise. Bake in a conventional oven at 347°F (175°C) for about 15 minutes.
