It is a constitutional right for Najib to request for royal pardon, says Dr Wee

MCA president Wee Ka Siong said it is a constitutional right for a person serving a sentence to apply for a royal pardon.

He was commenting on Umno's plan to seek an audience with the King to present a memorandum asking for former Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak to be pardoned.
