This 10-minute meditation is started and ended by the sound of a gong. The rain helps you to focus.
This allows you to calmly organise your thoughts and enjoy the nature around you. This is the perfect place to relax from the hectic world and recharge your batteries. Just turn off your TV and find peace in nature! You will notice that you feel relaxed and released when you feel the energy and feel like you are completely with yourself in that moment. This place allows you to focus on yourself and allow your feelings to come through.
